Transnational Project Meeting 3 - PORTUGAL

 

Tasks outline:

- Revision of the current state of the project results development: Project result 3;

- Discussion of the future project results to be developed in point of tasks and deadlines: Project result 4; Project result 6;

- Clarification of tasks, responsibilities, deadlines for the other project activities;

- Discussion of problems and risk management;

- Discussion and planning of further activities in point of project results and working packages before the next TPM;

- Revision of administrative procedures, deadlines, requirements, including analysis of budget compliance and execution;

- Reporting planning, evaluation arrangements: establishing the details for the 18 months report.
