Transnational Project Meeting 1 - Kick-off Meeting - ROMANIA

Tasks outline:

- Revision of the current state of the project results development: Project result 1;

- Discussion of the future project results to be developed in point of tasks and deadlines: Project result 2;

- Clarification of tasks, responsibilities, deadlines for the other project activities;

- Discussion of problems and risk management;

- Discussion and planning of further activities in point of project results and working packages before the next TPM;

- Revision of administrative procedures, deadlines, requirements, including analysis of budget compliance and execution;

- Reporting planning, evaluation arrangements: 6 months report;

- Strongly focus on detailing and consolidation of project strategy and working plan;

- Discussion of Management and coordination, Communication, dissemination and exploitation, Monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance and Risk management aspects;

- Partners will discuss in depth the project objectives, main stages and outputs, budget and time framework and reporting requirements.
